SCOTTSDALE, Ariz, November 21, 2024Paradox, the conversational recruiting platform helping global employers like General Motors, 7-Eleven, Marriott International, and McDonald’s automate recruiting and hiring work with conversational AI, was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list for the fourth consecutive year. This also marked the fourth year in a row Paradox was the highest-ranked company in the recruiting software industry.

The Technology Fast 500 is an award program sponsored by Deloitte that recognizes the most innovative, fastest-growing companies across the technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech sectors in North America. The achievement is based on the percentage of fiscal year revenue growth from 2019 to 2024

“If we’re growing, that means our clients are growing — and that’s the most exciting part for us,” said Paradox Chief Executive Officer Adam Godson. “We’ve had this vision for where conversational AI could take the world of hiring almost a decade ago, and to see that start to become a reality has been super rewarding for us. And we feel like we’re still just getting started.”

A key driver of Paradox's growth has indeed been the success of their clients, who have leveraged the conversational technology to reduce job advertising spend and give thousands of hours back to recruiters and hiring managers. Paradox — who earned its Workday Responsible AI badge and was recognized among the earliest participants in Workday's AI marketplace — is helping global employers achieve real, measurable ROI, including:

  • 7-Eleven reduced hiring time from over 10 days to under 3, saving store leaders 40,000 hours weekly.
  • Chipotle expects to reduce the amount of time it takes to hire an employee for an in-restaurant position by 75%.
  • General Motors saved more than $2 million in recruiting costs in less than a year by automating interview scheduling.

First launched in 2016, Paradox’s product suite — which includes an ATS, CRM, and career sites — is powered by a conversational AI assistant that helps global hiring teams get time-consuming, manual hiring work done. Paradox automates tasks like applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications through simple text conversations, driving higher candidate conversion and dramatically improving recruiter and hiring manager efficiency.

“Each year, we look forward to reviewing the progress and innovations of our Technology Fast 500 winners. This year is especially celebratory as we expand the number of winners to better represent just how many companies are developing new ideas to progress our society and the world, especially during a slow economy,” said Paul Silverglate, vice chair, Deloitte LLP and U.S. technology sector leader.
