Dr. Heather Myers heads the psychology and science team at Paradox, responsible for the development, validation, and refinement of the Traitify by Paradox assessments, as well as advising on any IO psychology-related projects. At a very young age Heather became known as “the counselor” among her friends and family, so it’s no surprise she chose to pursue a career in psychology. She received her bachelor of science degree in psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and her master of science in statistics and a doctorate in psychology from Stanford University. Outside of work she loves being with her family and pets and traveling to far away places.
