Fontainebleau Las Vegas needed to hire a miniature city. It's August 2023. Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the sister property of the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, is set to open in December. All that’s left to do is hire 6,500 people. They needed a plan and some modern technology to optimize their hiring process.

With their culture defined, Fontainebleau teamed up with Paradox and Shaker Recruitment Marketing to transform their hiring ecosystem with conversational AI. Together they built an end-to-end hiring engine, all powered by Fontainebleau’s individual AI assistant, Morris.

Expecting to receive just 80K applications in the coming months, the Fontainebleau team was surprised — but not overwhelmed — to see 300k come through. With the help of Morris, it didn't matter when a candidate interacted; he always responded immediately (in 30+ languages). 41% of communications came after normal business hours — and Fontainebleau didn’t miss out on a single candidate.
