Blair Christie

Blair is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in building and scaling successful businesses, brands and teams.

As Founder & CEO of Denim, she built a mobile SaaS solution designed to revolutionize work and transform the employee experience for 80% of the global workforce — deskless, frontline workers. Denim was acquired in 2024.

As an operator, Blair spent 17 years at Cisco, where she was most recently Chief Marketing Officer. She oversaw the largest brand growth in the company's history and introduced innovative demand generation initiatives, while leading global teams responsible for marketing, government affairs and corporate communications. She played a key role in numerous acquisitions and new business ventures.

Blair also serves as an independent board member for public and private companies across SaaS, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, and IT sectors. She offers deep expertise in strategy, GTM, finance, and governance, having led Compensation, Nomination & Governance and Transaction committees, as well as a member on Audit.

Blair is a recognized leader and speaker in leadership development and women’s initiatives in the workplace. She is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship program and serves as an advisor/angel investor with numerous early stage companies.

Blair holds a B.S. and an MBA from Drexel University, where she is a member of the Board of Trustees. She resides in Annapolis, MD with her family.
